Billy Moon

    Billy Moon is an indie-folk band that has put A. A. Milne poems to music. They draw from the collection When We Were Very Young and have made melodies that relish in the nostalgic, whimsical, and sweet moments Milne captured in words.

    Whether you know Milne from Winnie-the-Pooh, grew up with these poems, or have yet to enter the beautiful wordscapes of Christopher Robin’s world, we hope you enjoy listening to these songs.

    about our music

    Our album, When We Were Very Young, takes its name from the title of a poetry collection by A. A. Milne. Each track takes a poem and puts it to music. The music is composed by Adria Vaughan and Donovan Fiore, and is performed by Adria Vaughan (vocals, ukulele, accordion, piano), Donovan Fiore (vocals, guitar, mandolin), and William Bradford (violin/fiddle and vocals).
